This Privacy Policy explains how SUNORIVA HOME collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit or purchase from our store, contact us, or submit a product review.

Information We Collect

We may collect identifiers and contact information such as name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and order details; transaction and payment-related information; customer-service communications; product reviews; device, browser, network, cookie, and usage information generated through the operation and security of the store; and information you voluntarily provide.

Complete payment-card information is generally collected and processed by Shopify or the payment provider rather than stored directly by us.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to process and deliver orders, collect payment, communicate about purchases, provide support, manage returns and claims, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain and secure the store, comply with law, keep business records, and improve our products and customer experience. We do not currently send marketing emails or marketing text messages.

How We Share Information

We may disclose information to Shopify; payment processors; shipping carriers; fulfillment, hosting, security, customer-service, review, and professional-service providers; government authorities or other parties when legally required; and parties involved in a corporate transaction. These parties receive information only for legitimate operational, legal, or transaction-related purposes.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide legally required choices.

Cookies and Store Technology

Our Shopify store and necessary service providers may use cookies and similar technologies required for security, checkout, payment, preferences, and core store operation. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or other advertising pixels, and we do not currently enable Shopify Analytics for our own analytics purposes. Retention and Security

We retain personal information only as reasonably necessary for orders, customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information by emailing support@sunorivahome.com. Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to us, you may have additional rights, including rights to know, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and to limit or opt out of certain disclosures. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

California Privacy Notice

We sell to customers in California. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to our business or processing, California residents may exercise the rights provided by that law. During the preceding 12 months, the categories of information we may have collected and disclosed for business purposes are described above. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. We do not knowingly collect or sell personal information of consumers under 16.

Children

The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Purchasers must be at least 18 years old or use the store with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
