Payment Policy

This policy describes accepted payments, currency, authorization, taxes, and payment security.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept eligible Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay transactions when those options are displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on device, location, and payment-provider eligibility. We do not offer installment plans or accept store gift cards at this time.

Currency and Charges

All prices and transactions are shown in United States dollars USD. Payment is authorized and charged when the order is placed at checkout. Your statement may identify SUNORIVA HOME, SUNFLOWERIO LLC, Shopify, or the applicable payment processor.

Sales Tax

Displayed product prices do not include sales tax unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the tax rules in effect for the transaction.

Authorization and Verification

An order is not accepted merely because checkout is submitted. Payment must be authorized, and we may use reasonable fraud screening or request additional verification. We may decline or cancel a transaction that cannot be verified or appears unauthorized.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment service selected at checkout. We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Payment providers may collect and process information under their own privacy terms.
