These Sales Terms apply to purchases from SUNORIVA HOME and supplement our Terms of Service and individual store policies.
Products and Orders
Products are offered primarily to individual consumers for lawful personal or household use. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may verify, accept, limit, reject, or cancel an order for legitimate inventory, payment, fraud, address, pricing, legal, or fulfillment reasons.
Prices Taxes and Payment
Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout and is not included in displayed product prices unless stated otherwise. Payment is authorized and charged when the order is placed using an available checkout method.
Shipping
Eligible orders receive free standard shipping. Processing normally takes 1 to 3 business days and delivery normally takes 3 to 7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot ship as promised, we will provide notice and any choice required by applicable law.
Cancellation Returns and Exchanges
Cancellation may be requested before shipment. Eligible unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. Contact support@sunorivahome.com for approval and a prepaid return label. Exchanges depend on stock. Full conditions appear in our Return and Refund Policy.
Problems and Refunds
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or delivery-confirmed-but-missing orders should be reported within 7 days after delivery. Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days; the payment provider may need another 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Sales Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Missouri law and applicable federal law govern, subject to mandatory consumer protections and permitted forums.
